Our clinicians

The therapists at Maryland Sleep Center treat adult insomnia with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). It is a short course of weekly sessions that changes the sleep habits and worries that keep you awake, without adding medication.

Most visits happen by private video from anywhere in Maryland. A limited number of clinicians also see patients in person in Baltimore.
